What is it?
M3 stands for Mixed Media Messaging. Go beyond broadcast faxing with our combination of broadcast faxing, e-mail and postal mail service. M3 allows you to send one message to us and we will deliver it to your list of recipients using the delivery medium preferred by each recipient. Or, choose the lowest cost delivery option first and then utilize the other more expensive mediums for those you are unable to send. Or, employ e-mail and postal mail for those on your fax broadcasting failure list to ensure 100% delivery of your important message.

M3 gives you the power to customize your message delivery to your recipients' choice of media. By integrating the performance of new technology with the reliability of the U.S. Postal Service, you can save on your communication costs while improving your level of customer service. Ensure 100% delivery of all your important messages by using a combination of delivery methods that matches the information you have on file for each recipient. No longer does someone have to go without notification because you do not have a fax number or e-mail address. Tailor your delivery based on the information you do have.

How do I use it?
Like all of FOXROSE's services, the M3 service is easy to initiate. All you need to do is send your document and fax list to us at the "Contact us" address on the lower left hand side of the screen. Be sure that your fax list has an indicator column where you tell us the media preference of your recipients. If you do not have the preference information for your recipients but still wish to take advantage of the M3 service, simply tell us your first delivery preference, then your second and third. We will be sure to send out your message according to the delivery order you indicated. Remember, to utilize the U.S. Postal Service, we will need complete addresses included on your list.
